PTFE adhesive tape also called self adhesive PTFE tape is a kind of high performance industrial tape which offers quick releasing property under extremely high and low temperature, widely used for heat sealing, laminating, bundling and insulating. Structure of PTFE Adhesive Tape MT7008AJ
Teflon adhesive tape MT7008AJ is made of 3mil Teflon coated fiberglass fabric, Teflon coated fiberglass fabric is with PTFE coating on both sides and the PTFE coating offers remarkable nonstick surface, in order to apply adhesive on one side, we will make sodium etching on one side, then coat the pressure sensitive silicone adhesive on it, standard thickness of backed adhesive is 2mil (0.05mm).

Applications of Self Adhesive PTFE Tape

●Cover the surface of sizing rolls for dyeing and plastic processing

●Stick on the friction areas of chutes, hoppers and guide rails
●Wrap wire connections for insulation
●Cover electrical parts for insulation, normally need our black anti-static PTFE adhesive tape
