Dryer conveyor belt made by PTFE mesh belt is high heat resistant, nonstick surface and high tensile strength, PTFE mesh is light weight, UV resistant and cost effective, ideal material to make belt used in UV dryer for long lifetime using. Mutiflon supply different ptfe mesh sheet in different mesh holes 1x1mm, 2x2.5mm, 4x4mm, 10x10mm, various joints include Kevlar bullnose joint, stainless steel alligator joint and spiral joint, several edge reinforcement like PTFE film edge, PTFE cloth edge and PTFE coated Kevlar edge. Any size of belt can be customized according to your needs.

Applications

PTFE UV dryer conveyor belt is essential for drying machine, screen printing machine, UV curing machine and shrink packaging machine.

Rotary Screen Printing Drying Screen printing process printing paste or ink through mesh on a cylindrical screen onto fabric, the screen is engraved for each color and loaded into rotary screen printer for high speed and quality textile printing, Teflon mesh conveyor belt is used during drying process.

Outdoor Rubber flooring curing – Processing recycled car tires into chips, then place the chips together with TPU on Teflon conveyor belt to transport materials to hot pressing process.

Shrink wrapping conveyor– Shrink packaging machine always use PTFE open meh belt to convey film-encapsulated products through heat tunnel, the film will be quickly complied around the product by use this open mesh belt.
