PTFE Conveyor Belts for Shrink Tunnel

PTFE conveyor belts used in shrink tunnel for food, retail and industrial packaging. Open mesh hole allows airflow to travel thought it and makes whole tunnel full of balancing heat and the film wrapper shrinks and conforms tightly around the product. The Teflon mesh belt has high strength, heat resistance up to 600℉, non-stick surface, shrink film will not residual on the shrink wrapping machine. Normally we make Kevlar bullnose joint and Red PTFE film edge reinforcement on this open mesh belt in order to make to stronger and enhance longer lifetime.

Applications

Apart from shrink tunnel, open mesh PTFE conveyor belts are typically used in drying and curing process in various industries:

Food industry -- Teflon mesh conveyor belt is the most suitable for food drying ovens due to its non-stick surface and food grade material. Applied in drying machines to bake cereal, pet food, to dehydrate beans before making packaged beans, to grilling beef jerky.

Garment Silk Screen Drying – The ink on the screened cloth need to be dried, open mesh provides max airflow to make drying quicker, PTFE mesh resist temperature up to 315℃, runs smoothly in the drying oven, provides nonstick surface, inks will not stick on the belt, just wipe clean.

Synthetic batting – Drying and curing of nonwoven fabric, non-glue cotton, spray-bonded cotton, they are consist of loose synthetic fiber, PTFE open mesh belt makes both drying and cooling promoted due to its excellent permeablity.
