Non stick Open Mesh PTFE Belting
PTFE belting made by PTFE glass mesh fabric let air flow through the mesh hole which will increase the speed of drying. The woven fiberglass substrate offers high strength, makes the belt running smooth and dimensional stability, makes it ideal for use in baking ovens and drying machines which temperature up to 315℃ (600℉), special feature of this material is that its surface is 100% nonstick, nothing will stick on it. What's more, PTFE coating makes the belt chemical resistant, good to transport product which contain or will release strong acid.
PTFE mesh conveyor belt made by 6015 is with 2x2.5mm mesh hole, which is typically used for drying and baking seafood, beans, grains, feed and fruits.

Our PTFE belting is with durable edge reinforcement made by PTFE film, PTFE coated fiberglass or PTFE coated Kevlar. In order to prevent belt running off center, Mutiflon will sew a tracking guide along the belt edge, we can offer PTFE cord or Kevlar cord for you to choose from.

How to adjust the machine when PTFE belting run off center?
1. If the deviation range of mesh belt is small, you just need to install a centering idler at the deviation direction
2. If the running direction of Teflon mesh conveyor belt is not stable, the belt running from left to right or from right to left, it is because the mesh belt is loose installed, you just need to adjust the tension device properly
3. If the open mesh belt keeps running to one deviation direction, you can install some side roller which will help to reset the belt
