Teflon coated fabric in thickness of 10mil (0.25mm) is made of code 7628 fiberglass fabric which has high tensile strength and can be weaved into max width up to 2800mm, the material is durable, nonstick, high heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant, prefect to used as heat pressing release sheet, laminating sheet and made into Teflon belt for rubber curing, foam curing, wood laminating and food baking.
Product code of our 10mil Teflon coated fabric is MT9025AJ, this material is popular in different industries include solar industry, rubber industry, paper industry, automobile industry and food industry.
In solar industry - as laminating sheet for solar PV panels lamination, solar panel lamination require very smooth release sheet in order to create a high quality solar cell, MT9025AJ contains high level of PTFE coating with glossy and smooth surface, what’s more, with durable basic fabric, one release sheet can be used for multiply circles. Due to different laminating machines, some customer may need the laminate sheet to have attachment loop at one end of both ends, in order to make the loop durable, we use the Kevlar thread to sew it.

In paper industry - Made into Teflon belts band sealer for packaging of tissue and biscuits. The belt is made by 0.25mm Teflon coated fabric with two ends heat pressed together, customizing tracking studs along the belts according to your machine, they will help belt running in center. One machine may need a pair sealer belts to seal two sides of tissue together, the belt is nonstick and high temperature resistance, it will prevent melted plastic films from building up on the belt surface.
