PTFE glass fabric, nonstick and chemical resistant
PTFE glass fabric is PTFE coated glass fabric, 3mil PTFE fabric is 100% nonstick surface, chemical resistance and high tensile strength, the material is light weight but with extra smooth surface. typical applications of 3mil fabric is in aerospace industry as release sheet, in food industry as baking liner and in packaging industry to made into sealing belt.
In aerospace industry, PTFE coated fabric is used in production of composite aircraft components like helicopter blades, wings, fuselage and tail sections as release fabric, it will leave no fabric impact on most composite lay-ups.
PTFE glass fabric and PTFE adhesive tapes are also ideal to used in aircraft production for wire harness protection and wire wrap insulation, the material combines properties of excellent insulation and low temperature resistance, it can also used for insulation of superconducting magnet under very low temperature, enhance to reduce noise and vibration.

In food industry, PTFE glass fabric is used as baking liner or nonstick oven liner. The material is coated with food grade PTFE which is PFOA free, do not need afraid of safety, it will make end user love baking much more because it creates easier baking, normally we recommend customer to use our silicone pastry mat when doing preparation of baking, PTFE coated glass fabric will be used during baking, place one piece in your baking tray, put your dough directly on the liner, and place another piece at the bottom rack in order to catch drips, these two liners will keep your tray and oven clean, no more messy.
