Structure of Teflon Coated Glass Fabric
- Woven glass fiber made by E-glass which is alkali free, and was the first glass formulation used for continuous filament formation and is the most common type for fiberglass production. Fiberglass is an immensely versatile material due to its light weight, inherent strength, weather-resistant finish and variety of surface textures.
- PTFE is a a material as numerous applications, the common application is coating on cookware to make nonstick cookware, Coating PTFE on the fiberglass makes the fabric nonstick surface for release during industrial process. PTFE coating will be stable and long lasting during temperature between -73-260℃(-100-500℉).
Mutilon provide PTFE coated fiberglass in different thickness from 0.08mm to 1mm. Type MT9035AJ is in thickness of 0.35mm(14mil), specifications as below:
