PTFE fiberglass combine heat resistance with easy release and high tensile strength
PTFE fiberglass MT9023AJ is mainly used as release sheet for heat press machine, laminating machine and made into conveyor belts for drying machine, baking machine and curing machine.
Specifications of Teflon Glass Fabric MT9023AJ

Applications
With high level of PTFE coating, the material provides smooth surface with good release property, normally cut into pieces as mold release sheet:
Automobile industry - Release of plastic panel like SMC and GMT
Electric industry - FPCB lamination
Solar industry - PV solar cell lamination
Wood industry - Laminate the decorative film on MDF
0.23mm PTFE fiberglass is made of code 7628 woven fiberglass which is in high tensile strength, thus also be used to make into heat tunnel conveyor belt. Compared with heavy duty PTFE fibreglass fabric, the material is more flexible and soft, more suitable for machine with smaller rollers like 3” diameter. This PTFE fibreglass belt can be used in various industries include:
Packaging industry - Made into sealer belts for tissue and paper wrapping, tracking studs are customized
Food industry - Due to its good release and oil resistance, the material is ideal for drying of tortilla, dehydrated bread, cookies and oats
Rubber industry - PTFE fiberglass made heat resistant conveyor belt is perfect to convey extruded PU,PVC, PE and rubber rod for cooling or curing
The premier type for MT9023AJ is our MT9025AJ, they are using the same type of basic fiberglass, MT9025AJ PTFE fiberglass is in thickness of 10mil, which contains more PTFE coating to achieve better demoulding effect than 9023AJ.
